‘Peg-Puff’: Defined as “a young woman with the manners of anold one.” (Northern England)
Peg-Puff collection is surrealistic couture, inspiredby Victorian silhouettes and profuse attention to detail. The designs were constructedusing quality antique and vintage fabrics and trimmings, including a few table cloths and even Christmas decorations. All materials were meticulously sourcedat antique and vintage fairs, charity shops and online. The main focus was to create garments that are exquisite, unique and timeless, garments that appear to have genuine age but made with contemporary appearance. All pieces were lovingly handmade, including the delicate embroidery.
